Mexico Is One Step Closer To Banning Testing On Animals For Cosmetics

In honour of World Day For Laboratory Animals, WAN is thrilled to share the news that Mexico’s Senate recently voted to outlaw the practice of animal testing for cosmetics, as well as the manufacture, import, or marketing of cosmetics tested on animals anywhere in the world after the law comes into force. The bill will now move on to the next stop in the legislative process, The Chamber of Deputies.
